🏈 Fiat Stilo Key Fob Not Working

Why cant you lot just be happy for me! my stilo was only a 1.6 and i wanted something a little more powerful, i haven't said the stilo is a crap car, i think i even cried a little when i saw it go I didn't give up on it, i fixed it, and it was running smoothly. that last polish b4 sale made me want to keep it! but it was not to be. 30. Yes, it’s an aftermarket one with a live (memory) wire that is now connected to the original constant 12V stock HU feed and an ACC, which is currently connected to a MAR-switched wire. The latter would be nice to be switched when the key is inserted to the ignition. The car is a Fiat Stilo My Key fob is not working. If the boot lock microswitch isn't making contact then the body computer won't be told to turn on the light so check the circuit is going to earth when the boot opens. The microswitch can be taken out of the lock and "adjusted" to make it make contact. See photos in this thread. Want to be sure it's not just an electrical problem. You need to take out the small round fiat cap on the back of the key fob, so you could split the key fob casing in two. Then I think you could just pull out the blade. Got to be very carefull when detaching the fiat cap so you don't damage it. Also when you open the key fob, do it on the table so you can't drop it or something like that. Jan 4, 2015. #5. Before trying to dismantle the door, loosen the torx screw holding the lock barrel in, pull the barrel out, remove the outer handle and have a look down the hole to see if you can spot anything broken. The remoate central locking suddenly stopped working on my 03 Stilo (co-incidenally around the same time my 2 year old discovered the key), so I can open the doors by putting the key in the lock but pressing the buttons on the fob does nothing. The usual problem with the rear wiper is it not coming on when you select reverse gear, and that is due to a failed reverse light switch. I even tried the spare key I have, which I'm Hello, i have a 1.6 stilo hatchback, 5 door. its running cold, only getting 1/4 of the way on the dial, and the heater in the car doesn't get warm at all. i assume this is a failed thermostat but the Stilo being a stilo just thought i should ask if it could be anything else, and if so how can i test. .
