I did read a class action lawsuit was filed in late 2021 that covers 2012-2017 Audi with 2.0 turbo. I am the 3rd owners (lease, owner 1, owner 2) and car has 132k miles. Unfortunately I didnāt know about the excessive oil consumption at time of private party purchase, so didnāt discount price to cover the repairā¦ darn!

Tires are about $1000 mounted and balanced, and an alignment runs $175-$300. I bought new brakes (ceramic pads and new rotors) and got them installed for about $1100 with an indy shop. I normally get Audi care for my oil changes, you can buy a pack of two (i.e. 55K and 65K service) for about $750.

My 2013 S6 experienced the same problem earlier this year at around 53K miles, with basically the same exact symptoms as you describe. Fortunately was covered by Audi CPO warranty for an $85 deductible. Dealer claimed that the cash cost would have been ~$13K. Last week, my car's oil separator failed, fortunately 1 month prior to expiration of CPO.

Audi dealership quoted an extra $400 and wanted to replace cam belt (tho new mechanic said my version of A3 doesnt have a timing belt but a chain) So little confused as to why Audi put that in the email however this is not my question. After getting the car serviced at the new shop for $800, 60,000km service plus brake fluid replacement.
It came out today so information is still growing (feel free to add) but it appears that Audi extended 2013-2017 4.0T turbo warranties to 120,000 miles/or 10 years.
